With the zip bag, the food is ready in 12 minutes, but there are also other cooking options; if you have a pan, the food is ready in 2-3 minutes, and if you have a pot, let the bag boil in water for about 10 minutes, and you can serve it on a plate.

Very simple preparation:
1. Prepare a zip bag, food, and self-heating capsule. Place the self-heating capsule at the bottom of the zip bag.
2. Insert the Adventure Menu food in a closed bag into the zip bag.
3. Depending on the size of the self-heating capsule, measure 60 ml of water for a 20 g capsule or 150 ml of water for a 50 g capsule.
4. Pour the measured water into the zip bag and close the zip. The self-heating capsule starts to react and heat the food.
