General Terms and Conditions
The General Terms and Conditions cover the operation of the online store Avantura, user rights, and the business relationship between the provider and the buyer. They are compiled in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot), based on recommendations from the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Slovenia (GZS) and international codes for e-commerce.
The e-commerce service provider is the company AVANTURA TRADE D.O.O.
Upon registration in the online store, the visitor enters a username and password. The username and password unambiguously determine the user and link them to the entered data. By registering, the visitor becomes a user and acquires the right to purchase. Data submitted during registration and submission of an online order will be protected in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Regulations adopted by Avantura trade d.o.o. on May 25, 2018.
The Personal Data Protection Regulations bind us to carefully store your personal data, which will not be accessed by anyone other than employees of Avantura Trade d.o.o. We also pledge not to pass your data to third parties. It is strictly defined within the company who can access this data. We will save your email address solely for the purpose of informing you about news, special offers, and current events. We will keep your data until we receive explicit instructions from you to delete it.
Access to Information
The provider undertakes to always provide the buyer with the following information:
- identity of the company (name and registered office, register number)
- contact details enabling fast and effective communication (email, phone)
- essential characteristics of the goods or services (including after-sales services and guarantees)
- conditions of product delivery or service execution (method, place, and deadline of delivery - notification via email or phone)
- prices that are clearly and unambiguously determined, showing whether they already include taxes and transport costs
- method of payment and delivery
- time validity of the offer
- explanation of the complaint procedure, including all data on the contact person or customer service department
Payment Methods
The online store Avantura enables the following payment methods:
- With cash upon receipt of the shipment.
- By payment via proforma invoice
- Payment by credit card
- Lean Pay installment purchase, concluded online. More information at the link.
Prices
The validity of the price for selected goods or services applies on the day of purchase, i.e., on the day of completion and confirmation of the order via the online store Avantura.
All prices already include VAT.
The online price applies only to orders in the online store Avantura.info.
The sales contract between the provider and the buyer is concluded at the moment the provider confirms the order. From this moment on, all prices and other conditions are fixed and apply to both the provider and the buyer.
Purchase Process
You can find a product via the left menu or by entering a search term in the search bar above. When you select the desired product, click on the 'Add to cart' button. On the top right, by clicking on the green field 'View cart', you can see the products you have added to the cart. Individual products can also be removed by clicking on the red cross. To complete the purchase process, click on the 'Checkout' button, which takes you to a four-step order process.
The first step in the order process is 'Cart Review', where you can review the properties and prices of all selected items. You can also change the quantity of selected items in the cart or add notes to certain items. To continue the purchase, click on the Continue button.
In the second step, you select the method of payment and delivery. If the value of your purchase is up to 100€, we charge shipping costs of 4.90 €.
If you have a discount code, you can add it here in the box 'Enter discount code or voucher code'. Upon clicking the 'apply code' button, the purchase price will automatically change.
To continue the purchase, you must register or log in if you have previously registered. Upon clicking 'Log in' at the top of the screen, enter your email address and chosen password and click the 'Log in' button. If you wish to register, fill in the fields under 'Customer Data' or 'Company Data'. In the event that you added a product to the cart for which special purchase conditions apply, you must also upload a copy of an identity document showing that you are of legal age (the product will be sent to the address on the identity document). To continue the purchase, click on the Continue button.
In the third step, you review and confirm the order. All items and the final purchase price are displayed along with the selected method of payment and delivery. Before continuing, you must check the box to agree to the company's general terms and conditions, and you can also opt to be informed about news, special discounts, and sales. Upon clicking the 'Submit order' button, your order is confirmed and submitted.
The last step displays an order summary, which includes buyer data, seller data, order number and date, item review, purchase amount, reference number, delivery data, and method of payment and delivery. With this, you have completed the purchase in the online store Avantura.
When the buyer submits an order, they receive an email notification that the order has been accepted and is awaiting processing. The buyer can cancel the order within one hour. Detailed data on the status and content of their orders is available to the buyer on the provider's website.
If the buyer does not cancel the order, the provider reviews the order, checks the availability of the ordered products, and confirms the order or rejects it with a reason. If necessary, the provider calls the buyer on their contact telephone number to check certain data. When the provider confirms the order, they send the buyer an email notification. The purchase contract between the buyer and the provider is concluded when the buyer receives the confirmation at their email address.
The provider prepares and dispatches the goods within the agreed deadline and informs the buyer by email about the deadline and method of delivery. The notification also includes contact details in case of delivery delays, complaints, or return of products.
Order Storage
Concluded orders between the subscriber and the seller, orders, and copies of invoices are archived in electronic form. If the buyer wishes, the contract or order can be resent via email.
Right of Withdrawal and Return of Goods
The subscriber has the right to notify the provider of withdrawal from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, which can also be done on the Form for exercising the consumer's right to withdraw from the contract (click here) to the contact email address info@avantura.info.
For contracts concluded at a distance, the subscriber has the right to notify the provider within 14 days that they are withdrawing from the contract without needing to state a reason for their decision. If the subscriber has already received the goods and withdraws from the contract, they must return the received goods to the provider within 14 days after the notification. The received goods must be returned undamaged, unused, in original packaging, and in unchanged quantity. The return of received goods to the provider within the deadline for withdrawal from the contract is considered a notice of withdrawal from the contract. Upon return of the received goods, the subscriber can submit a completed Form for exercising the consumer's right to withdraw from the contract (click here). The buyer is obliged to bear the costs of returning the product to the company.
Unless the contracting parties have agreed otherwise, the subscriber does not have the right to withdraw from the contract in the following cases:
- For contracts where the subject is goods made to the exact instructions of the subscriber, which were adapted to their personal needs, which by their nature are not suitable for return, which are perishable, or which have already expired.
If the goods are returned in accordance with the conditions, the provider returns the entire purchase price of the goods, no later than 14 days after receiving the notice of withdrawal from the contract. The subscriber must return the goods to the provider's registered office: AVANTURA TRADE D.O.O., Ljubljanska 44, 6230 Postojna.
The provider does not accept shipments with payment on delivery (COD) or shipments that do not have a clearly marked authorization code for the return of goods.
Material Defect
According to the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot), a defect is material:
• if the goods do not have the properties necessary for their normal use or for circulation;
• if the goods do not have the properties necessary for the specific use for which the buyer is buying them, which was known to the seller or should have been known to them;
• if the goods do not have properties and qualities that were explicitly or implicitly agreed upon or prescribed;
• if the seller has handed over goods that do not match the sample or model, unless the sample or model was shown only for notification purposes.
Based on a material defect, the buyer can complain about the defect on the product to the seller on the Form for return of goods for claiming a material defect (click here) namely within two months of the discovery of the material defect (the seller is no longer liable for defects that appear on the product after two months from acceptance) and at their own choice demand the rectification of the defect or the return of a part of the paid amount in proportion to the defect or replacement of the goods or return of the paid amount. The buyer can only enforce those claims that the company can actually fulfill (e.g., cannot demand repair if it is not possible, or replacement if such a product is no longer on sale), but on the other hand, the company cannot decide on its own how it will comply with the consumer's request.
In the notification of the defect, the buyer must describe the defect more precisely and allow the seller to inspect the product. If the defect is not disputed, the company must comply with the buyer's request as soon as possible, but no later than within eight days. If there is a dispute about the defect, the company must provide the consumer with a written response within the same period.
Return of Damaged Shipments
In the event that the shipment is damaged in any way, content is missing, or shows possible signs of opening, the buyer must initiate a complaint procedure with the goods delivery service (Pošta Slovenije, GLS). We will help ensure that the complaint is resolved in the shortest possible time.
If upon receiving the shipment you noticed that the shipment or the goods inside are damaged or that the content is not complete, you must initiate a complaint procedure with the delivery service (Pošta Slovenije, GLS) as soon as possible. Damaged goods must be photographed so that the damaged package or packaging and the courier service label, from which the package number can be read, are clearly visible. Warranty
Items have a warranty if stated on the warranty card or invoice. The warranty is valid taking into account the instructions on the warranty card and upon submission of the invoice. Warranty periods are stated on the warranty cards or on the invoice.
Information about the warranty is also listed on the product presentation page. If there is no warranty information, the item does not have a warranty or the data is not known at this moment. In the latter case, the buyer can contact the provider, who will provide up-to-date information.
Based on the warranty, the consumer can request free rectification of the defect from the guarantor (manufacturer, importer, or seller) within the warranty period. If the company does not rectify the defect within a total period of 45 days, the consumer can request a replacement for a new flawless product. If the company does not rectify the defect and does not replace the product, the consumer can withdraw from the contract and demand a refund of the purchase price from the seller or demand a proportional refund of the purchase price. The same rights also belong to buyers who are not considered consumers according to ZVPot.
Therefore, if the repair of the product under warranty is not possible or takes more than 45 days, the consumer can request a replacement for an identical new flawless product. If such a product no longer exists or can no longer be supplied (and thus the request for replacement would be impossible to fulfill), they can withdraw from the contract and demand a refund of the purchase price from the seller.

We recommend that you use a delivery service that allows shipment tracking and that you properly prepare the goods for transport (we recommend using the original packaging or other suitable safe packaging).

Shipping costs are always borne by the sender unless agreed otherwise in advance. We do not accept shipments with payment on delivery.

If you are claiming a warranty, you will receive the repaired goods fastest if you claim the warranty directly with the manufacturer or their authorized service center.

Delivery
In the Avantura store, we strive for the fastest possible delivery of ordered goods. Delivery is carried out in cooperation with Pošta Slovenije and GLS. Usually, ordered goods are at the recipient's address within 1-3 days from the dispatch of goods on working days. During holidays and weekends, the delivery period is appropriately extended for the time of work-free days.
If due to unforeseen reasons we cannot dispatch the ordered goods within the promised deadline, we will inform you of the new delivery deadline via the provided contact details.
In the event that you are not home at the time of delivery, you can pick up the ordered products at your Pošta Slovenije unit or arrange with the GLS courier.
Delivery Costs
For orders over 100 €, delivery costs are free. If the value of your purchase is up to 100€, we charge shipping costs of 4.90 €.
Security
The provider uses appropriate technological and organizational means to protect the transfer and storage of personal data and payments.
Personal Data Protection
The provider is committed to protecting all personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act. All data obtained via the websites of the online store Avantura will be used exclusively for the business operations of the online store Avantura and for sending informative material, offers, invoices, and other necessary communication.
User data will in no case be handed over to unauthorized persons.
The user is also responsible for the protection of personal data by ensuring the security of their username and password.

Communication
The provider communicates with the user via means of distance communication, unless the user explicitly opposes this.
In advertising emails, the method of unsubscribing from receiving advertising messages will be clearly presented. The provider will respect the user's wish not to receive advertising messages.
Disclaimer
Data on delivery times are based on information from item suppliers and are of an informative nature.
We strive to ensure the highest possible level of currency and correctness of published data. Nevertheless, data on item properties, their price, or delivery change so quickly that the provider fails to correct the data on the websites. In such cases, we will inform the buyer about the changes and allow them to cancel the order, replace the ordered item, or some other agreed option.
We are not responsible for occasional site downtime, potential inaccuracy of information, and potential damage arising from the use of inaccurate or incomplete information. If the website user assesses that data is displayed incorrectly, they can always report this to us at the email address info@avantura.info.
Published images of items are symbolic and do not guarantee the actual properties of the items.
Complaints and Disputes
The provider respects the applicable consumer protection legislation. Therefore, it strives to the best of its ability to resolve any disputes amicably.
The provider must establish an effective system for handling complaints and designate a person with whom the buyer can connect by phone or email in case of problems. The provider must confirm within five working days that they have received the complaint and inform the buyer how long they will process it and keep them informed about the progress of the procedure.
