Compatibility

Check whether your smartphone is compatible with the heat it® system. The appropriate heat it® app is freely available in Google Play and Apple App Store.

heat it® for iPhone has a Lightning connector and is compatible with iPhone 6s to 14. USB-C is compatible with iPhone 15 and upcoming models.

heat it® for Android is compatible with Android smartphones with a USB-C port. On some OnePlus, OPPO or VIVO smartphones, the OTG function may need to be activated manually.

With your smartphone you can immediately relieve insect bites. Simply plug heat it® into the charging port and the heat it® app opens. If necessary, you can now customize the treatment. After a brief heating, apply the heat it® contact surface to the insect bite. Depending on the setting in the app, the treatment lasts 4, 7 or 9 seconds.

Is Heat It suitable for children?
Of course. The heat it device is also suitable for children over 3 years old. In the Heat IT app you have the option to choose a program for children.

How do I charge Heat IT?
Insert the device into the USB-C or Lightning opening on your phone and start the Heat IT app. In the app, select a popular program (length of heating and sensitivity), and then wait for the app to tell you when to place the device on the bite.

Can we treat one bite multiple times?
The bite area can be treated multiple times, but there should be a 2-minute pause between treatments.
