TRACTIVE GPS Tracker is a device that allows us to track dogs, cats, and other pets. With it, we can also track children, people with dementia, vehicles, etc. At a very reasonable price, it provides what was previously the domain of only expensive and large tracking devices. Through the phone app, we manage the tractive GPS tracker remotely. The device can send us only the current position, it can show the animal's path in real-time, or just the last 24 hours. For easier tracking of animals in the dark, we can turn on the LED light or activate an audible signal via the app. The autonomy of the rechargeable built-in lithium-polymer battery ranges from 2 to 5 days, depending on the selected activity. In 'Live' tracking mode, the device's activity and the frequency of sent data depend on the activity and movement of the pet. The faster the movement, the more data or positions are sent, mapping the route, and vice versa, which helps maintain the device's battery. We charge it using the included charger, whose magnetic contacts fit precisely to the device. The time to recharge a depleted battery is only 2 hours. We can monitor the battery status continuously via the app on our phone.
